The new office will service the central New Jersey marketplace, including Middlesex, Mercer, Somerset, Monmouth and Ocean counties. No decision has been announced on an exact location for the new office space, but it will probably be in the town of Woodbridge.

"Paul Giannone and Jim Scanlon are two of the most accomplished professionals in the New York/New Jersey area," says Peter Riguardi, president of JLL's New York/New Jersey tri-state region. "With their leadership, expertise and track record, we are well positioned to meet the growing demand for our services in the central New Jersey market."

Giannone is a 24-year veteran of the CRE industry, with over 18 million sf and $1 billion in leasing and disposition totals. He's represented Wachovia, Agfa, Chase, BASF, Bell Atlantic, Tyco, Sandoz, Commonwealth Metals, Siemens and Citicorp in his career so far.

Scanlon's client list over a 20-year career includes Sandoz, Columbia University, Savient Pharmaceutical, Weyerhaeuser Corp. and Engelhard, as well as institutional investors such as Boston Properties, BPG Properties and LaSalle Investment Management. He has 15 million sf of leases for class A space under his belt.

Hindes, a 22-year CRE veteran and also a CPA, was formerly CFO and leasing director for M. Alfieri Co. before his NKF term. Carton and Elfand are both office specialists.
