VivaSource Labs Takes 12,604 SF

CAMBRIDGE, MA-The five-year lease lets the firm consolidate its Cambridge and Watertown offices.

CAMBRIDGE, MA-VivaSource Laboratories, Inc., a contract research organization, has taken a five-year lease on two Cambridgeport buildings in a deal that allows the firm to consolidate its Cambridge and Watertown offices into a total of 12,604 sf .

Tucker Hansen, with Meredith & Grew’s Boston office, tells GlobeSt.com that the company, which moved into 320 Putnam Ave. and 359 Allston St. earlier this month, selected the adjoining lab buildings because both offered nicely laid out space near the firm’s former offices.
