PER.C6 Development Center, a joint venture of Crucell N.V. and DSM Biologics, two leading Dutch biotech companies, will move into the building by the end of the year once tenant improvements to the space are completed. The space will serve as the firm's research and development center.

"The decision to locate in Cambridge was easy because of its outstanding scientific resources and proximity to other large life science companies, as well as its world-class talent pool," Ryan Weber, with NAI Hunneman Commercial's Boston office, says in a statement.

Weber handled the transaction for the tenant, with assistance from Sean McKee of PharmaBioSource Realty. Mark Winters, with Cushman & Wakefield's Boston office, represented the landlord, Draper Laboratories, in the deal.
