Archivas took the entire top floor of the four-story, 80,000-sf building in a relocation that gives the firm an added 8,501 sf over its previous 12,000-sf location at 200 West St., Mark Cote, with T3 Advisors, of Waltham, tells GlobeSt.com.

Cote says the firm selected its new location at the Totten Pond Office Center because it offered a full floor for the firm's online storage management business and provided room for expansion under the company's two-year growth plan. Terms of the lease were not disclosed but Cote says similar space in the Waltham area generally leases in the mid-$20-per-sf range.

The building, which is more than 90% occupied, is home to a number of high-tech firms, including QCMetrix, MultiLingual Computing Inc., and Ektron, Inc. Cote handled the transaction for Archivas while Keith Gurtler, formerly with Trammell Crow Co. represented the landlord, Crow Holdings.
