BROOKLINE, MA-Longwood Towers is in the midst of a $30-million condo conversion that will turn the 11-story, three-building complex into luxury units reminiscent of its former days as a residential hotel. The Gothic-style apartment complex–with soaring cross-shaped spires, gargoyles and turrets–is a landmark in its Brookline neighborhood.

“It’s been a labor of love,” Norman Radow, president of the Atlanta-based Radco Cos., tells GlobeSt.com of the conversion. “We are rejuvenating the bygone era of 1920s-style glamour with all of the modern amenities buyers expect in this day and age.”
