CHICAGO-NNP Residential LLC has been appointed to lease and manage Fifield Cos.' Left Bank at K Station, a 36-story luxury apartment tower, located in Chicago's Fulton District/River North neighborhood.
The building, which features a mix of 451 studios, convertibles, one-, two- and three-bedroom units, also has a club room, resident lounge and billiards room, conference and business facilities, reading room, fitness center, indoor resistance pool, whirlpool and a landscaped outdoor deck.
Leasing is currently under way for Left Bank's grand opening, scheduled for Nov. 1. The building is situated where the Fulton River District meets River North on the west side of the Chicago River and provides views of the river, Downtown Chicago and surrounding areas.
NNP Residential's management portfolio also includes 2555 N. Clark St. in the Lincoln Park area, 180 N. Jefferson in the West Loop, the 481-unit Grand Plaza apartments in River North and the 548-unit Shoreham at Lakeshore East.
