Rogers was formerly a senior vice president with CB Richard Ellis. His record shows him completing more than 500 lease and sale transactions totaling more than six million sf on behalf of clients such as Fifth Third Bank, JP Morgan Chase, Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione, CIBC Oppenheimer and Sara Lee Corp.

Also a senior VP with CBRE, Liljeberg specialized in developing real estate strategies for corporate clients and implementing large individual and multi-market transactions. He has represented financial services, telecommunications and technology clients such as AIG, ABN Amro, American Express and Allstate.

Carolan was part of CB Richard Ellis' Corporate Services Group and has advised some of Chicago's most notable corporations including Publicis (Leo Burnett and Relay Sports Marketing), TD Securities, Hostway, and Sara Lee Corporation. He previously worked within CB Richard Ellis as a market consultant for Torto Wheaton Research--CB Richard Ellis' national research affiliate.
