CBRE Loses Top Brokers to Jones Lang LaSalle

CHICAGO-Jones Lang LaSalle hires former CB Richard Ellis brokers Bill Rogers, Jeff Liljeberg and Matt Carolan to lead its tenant rep division.

CHICAGO-Jones Lang LaSalle has brought on former CB Richard Ellis brokers Bill Rogers, Jeff Liljeberg and Matt Carolan to lead its local tenant representation practice. Rogers and Liljeberg will join the firm as managing directors, while Carolan will join as a senior vice president.

Rogers was formerly a senior vice president with CB Richard Ellis. His record shows him completing more than 500 lease and sale transactions totaling more than six million sf on behalf of clients such as Fifth Third Bank, JP Morgan Chase, Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione, CIBC Oppenheimer and Sara Lee Corp.

Also a senior VP with CBRE, Liljeberg specialized in developing real estate strategies for corporate clients and implementing large individual and multi-market transactions. He has represented financial services, telecommunications and technology clients such as AIG, ABN Amro, American Express and Allstate.
