NEW YORK CITY-A completely vacant 19-story building on Manhattan’s Upper East Side is up for sale. While the name of the owner is undisclosed, Massey Knakal Realty Services is marketing the 247,617-sf property at 1760 Third Ave.

Shimon Shkury, partner at Massey Knakal, says that while the building has been on the market less than two weeks, there has been a large amount of interest in the building already. “Looking at what is available [in the market] this is one of the only vacant 19-story building that will be available for many years.” He categorizes the interested parties into three types, nonprofits, rental firms and major development companies.
