LOWELL, MA-Less than a year after San Francisco-based DivcoWest acquired the 1.2-million-sf Cross Point office towers here, occupancy in the three-building complex could reach 90% with the signing of three long-term leases totally 285,000 sf.

Electronics giant Motorola is in negotiations on the largest of the deals at 193,000 sf, according to James Lipscomb, with Richards Barry Joyce and Partners’ Boston office, tells GlobeSt.com. Also in negotiations are Sterling Commerce, an AT&T company, which will take 60,000 sf, and Corning Life Sciences, which will move into 32,000 sf at the 900 Chelmsford St. office park. The three tenants could be in the building by March, Lipscomb says.
