Frost Brown Todd Re-Ups for 115,328 SF

LOUISVILLE, KY-After considering alternative HQ locations, the law firm sticks at the 35-story Aegon Center. It also renews 36,000-sf space in Lexington.

LOUISVILLE, KY-Frost Brown Todd LLC has restructured and renewed a lease for 115,328 sf and will maintain its headquarters in Aegon Center, the 35-story, 633,650-sf trophy tower at S. Fourth and W. Market streets. The law firm has also renewed 36,000 sf at Lexington Financial Center in Lexington.

Because it required a large space with flexibility for future growth, Frost Brown enlisted Patrick Duffy, managing principal, and Michael Kotzin, managing director in the Atlanta office of New York City-based Newmark Knight Frank to explore alternatives. The two have expertise in law firm real estate negotiations.
