Cathy Minnerly, with Cushman & Wakefield's Boston office, tells GlobeSt.com that the firm will move from its current location at 79 Astor Ave. in Norwood, where it leases 60,000 sf, to the Westwood property in February. The company's new space is located in the heart of the University Avenue Business Park. The relocation will not take place until next year after Cambridge SoundWorks, which is currently occupying the warehouse, moves out.

The 50,000 sf of office space and the buildings ability to meet the power needs drew Millennium Graphics to the site, according to Minnerly.

Terms of the lease were not disclosed but Minnerly says similar space in the Westwood area leases in the mid-$7 per sf, triple net.

The new tenant will share the property with a merchandising firm and a credit union. Millennium Graphics was represented in the transaction by Minnerly along with JP Plunkett and Jason Bryer, with Cushman & Wakefield. Landlord Conroy Development was assisted by James Thomson, also with Cushman & Wakefield.
