Liberty To Build 75,000-SF Flex Building

BLOOMINGTON, MN-Project will complete the build out of West Bloomington Technology Park; building will be complete in summer 2007.

BLOOMINGTON, MN-Liberty Property Trust begins construction this month on a 75,000-sf flex building, the third and final phase of its West Bloomington Technology Park here.

Slated for completion in summer 2007, the building is designed for a variety of uses, including office, showroom, warehouse, research and development and light manufacturing. Amenities include visibility from Old Shakopee Road, 14-foot clear ceiling height, loading dock, drive-ins and ample parking. Extensive glass on the front of the building will provide natural light.
