Scheduled to open in spring 2008, Cinemark 12 at Porter's Vale Shopping Center will offer stadium seating with a 16-inch height difference and 48-inch spacing between rows. The other anchor, a one-story, 100,000-sf J.C. Penney store will open in fall 2007. According to Lauth, the tenant mix at Porter's Vale also will include several smaller shops and restaurants that are yet to be announced.
Luath officials could not be reached for comment. Founded in 1977, Lauth is a national development and construction firm that delivers a variety of products, including healthcare, industrial, office and retail.
