The proceeds of the shares sale will be used to fund balance sheet investment activity, repay indebtedness as well as work capital and future business acquisitions, according to the company's release.
Capital Trust named Nov. 3 as the approximate day the offering will be completed. Tomorrow morning the company will hold its third quarter results conference call at 10am. The company was formed in 1997 and is headquartered here.
