Accenture Takes 35,144 SF at Prudential Tower

BOSTON-Accenture, a global management consulting and technology services firm, will move into the Prudential Tower in March, gaining a high profile location.

BOSTON-Global management consulting and technology services firm Accenture will get a high profile location in Boston’s Back Bay when it moves its corporate office from Wellesley into the Prudential Tower. The company will occupy 35,144 sf in March.

John Butterworth, with Meredith & Grew, tells GlobeSt.com that the company will take the entire 23 floor along with a portion of the 22 floor in the Boylston St. skyscraper under a 10-year lease. Terms of the lease were not disclosed but Butterworth says space in the Prudential Tower generally leases in at least the mid-$40s per sf.

“It’s a great move for both recruiting and employee retention and gives the company a chance to take advantage of the amenities that the Back Bay offers,” he says.
