PHILADELPHIA-The law firm of Gibbons, Del Deo, Dolan, Griffinger & Vecchione PC has signed a 10-year lease for 23,000 sf at Two Logan Square. Gibbons, one of the largest law firms in New Jersey, acquired the locally based Hecker Brown Sherry and Johnson in December 2005, which expanded its presence here from 3 attorneys to 28.

This lease takes occupancy in the 35-story, 696,477-sf, class A property at 18 and Arch streets to 100%. Citing a confidentiality agreement, Ken Zirk, senior vice president in the local office of Trammell Crow Co., declined to disclose the value of the lease, but tells GlobeSt.com the asking rent rate is $25 per sf, plus electric.
