Trellebory will use the space at 10 Forbes Rd. for its offices and its manufacturing facility to produce airframe sealing products. The company is headquartered in Trellebory, Sweden, but has several U.S. locations.

"The aerospace market is experiencing rapid growth and our new facility will provide us with the space we need to meet our customer needs and grow our capabilities in this industry," says Gail Wilson, president of Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Northborough, in a statement.

Terms of the lease were not disclosed but similar warehouse space in the park leases for between $6 and $8 per sf, according to a broker familiar with the area.

The lease was the second in a month at the I-290 Industrial Park. Earlier last month, Moulding & Millwork, a supplier of wood mouldings, leased 45,718 sf in the six-building industrial park, as reported by GlobeSt.com. It will be the company's first New England facility.

The latest lease transaction was handled for the tenant by Ned Leeming of Leeming & Co. William Bailey, Phil DeSimone, and Matt Giffune, with Jones Lang LaSalle's Boston office, negotiated the deal on behalf of Rreef.
