Swedish Company Inks 28,800 SF Lease

NORTHBOROUGH, MA-The deal marks the second lease in weeks to be signed in the six-building I-290 Industrial park.

NORTHBOROUGH, MA- Trellebory Sealing Solutions US Inc., a Swedish firm that supplies precision seals for the industrial, automotive, and aerospace markets, has inked a lease agreement with landlord Rreef. The deal will give Trellebory 28,800 sf of warehouse and office space in Northborough’s I-290 Industrial Park.

Trellebory will use the space at 10 Forbes Rd. for its offices and its manufacturing facility to produce airframe sealing products. The company is headquartered in Trellebory, Sweden, but has several U.S. locations.

“The aerospace market is experiencing rapid growth and our new facility will provide us with the space we need to meet our customer needs and grow our capabilities in this industry,” says Gail Wilson, president of Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Northborough, in a statement.
