WESTLAKE, TX-With 95% of the 2.5 million sf now filled in the 900-acre Solana, Maguire Partners is pricing a two-building, 150,000-sf expansion for the corporate park. The nod for extra class A space has been driven by two new deals, totaling 36,142 sf, from existing tenants and third-quarter signings for 22,180 sf by four others.
McKesson Corp., a Solana tenant since 1995, has renewed a 29,834-sf office with a five-year, flat-rate deal for all of the fourth floor and part of the fifth at 9 Campus Circle, Michael Silliman, vice president for the Los Angeles-based Maguire, tells GlobeSt.com. With the deal, occupancy holds firm at 98% in the five-story, 135,000-sf building.
Silliman says McKesson’s lease was due to expire at the end of the year. King White and Sam Pruitt with Trammell Crow Co. in Dallas represented McKesson, which uses the space as a customer service center. The class A office space was marketed at $25 per sf plus electric.
