Joe Fallon, with Trammell Crow Co.'s Boston office, tells GlobeSt.com that the company's strong relationship with the landlord along with its current location in an amenity rich building were factors in Lionbridge's decision to renew.
Terms of the lease were not disclosed but the building, which has about 7,000 sf available for lease, generally rents in the mid-$20s per sf, Fallon says. Lionbridge shares the property with tenants that include several subsidiaries of International Data Group, including Computer World and CEO Magazine.<p.The transaction was handled for the landlord by Fallon and Sue Donovan, also with TCC. Lionbridge was represented by Christopher Cooks and Daniel Sullivan both with Cresa Partners in Boston.
