Audubon president Charles Reyher unveiled the renovation master plan to residents of the complex recently. Slated to be completed by the summer of 2007, the project involves a full renovation of building interiors including lobbies, mechanical systems and the grounds, as well as a new roof. The Maple Shade, NJ-based Audubon Communities acquired the property from its local owners in April of this year.

"After completing the renovation of more than 15,000 apartment units in my career, I'm happy to apply the knowledge I've gained to this landmark property," Reyher says. "We have been listening to the needs of Parkview's resident and have created a master plan with their input very much in mind.

"Due to the condition of the property, especially the mechanical components, we thought it was better to do all of the work simultaneously," he says. "This will help limit the inconvenience to residents. We look forward to completing all work by summer 2007."
