CLAYTON, MO-Maryland Walk, a $75-million, 17-story condo building, was 80% sold prior to its recent opening, according to developer Conrad Properties. The 101-unit project with 8,000 sf of street-level commercial space offers three types of condos designed to appeal to different sectors of the market. The one-, two- and three-bedroom units range in price from $489,000 to $1.35 million.

The building's rooftop gathering area features a fireplace, plasma television, wet bar, kitchen and views of Downtown St. Louis. Other amenities include a 24-hour uniformed door attendant, heated underground parking, a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, guest suites, closed circuit monitoring, media room, and a rooftop terrace.

Conrad Properties officials did not return calls for comment on this property. Residential Constructors LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of McCarthy Building Cos., Inc., served as general contractor, and Saur & Associates Architects was the architect.
