TAUNTON, MA-A $1.4-million offer by FH Chase Corp. sealed the deal on a 20,000-sf industrial building in Myles Standish Industrial Park. Seller Copy Master disposed of the 50 Constitution Blvd. property without even putting it on the market.

J.P. Plunkett, with Cushman & Wakefield's Boston office, tells GlobeSt.com that the buyer, which designs and constructs clean rooms, data centers and other advanced technology facilities, will relocate from its Mansfield facility early next year. Plunkett along with Cathy Minnerly and Jason Bryer, with C&W, represented both the buyer and the seller.

"It was a deal that met or exceeded the seller's expectations almost from the moment he decided to sell. It was one of those rare situations where the stars were aligned in everybody's favor," Plunkett says.

The property is comprised of 15,000 sf of manufacturing space with 14-foot ceilings, 2,500 sf of office space and 2,500 sf of air-conditioned R&D space.
