The event is expected to draw 150 to 300 attendees from a broad range of real estate disciplines, including developers, investors, brokers and lenders, says Richard Kelley, director of the Real Estate Media Conference series. The event will kick off with a state of the market town hall meeting featuring Marcus & Millichap senior vice president/managing director Gene Berman and Wachovia Real Estate Financial Services senior vice president/marketing manager David Warne. The session will address aspects of the South Florida office, retail, industrial and multifamily markets. "We're trying to give people a sense of what to look for in 2007," Kelley says.
