Two Restaurant Groups Vie for Long Wharf Location

BOSTON-Legal Sea Foods Inc. and Eat Drink Laugh Restaurant Group are each seeking a 10-year-lease on the 2,900-sf property.

BOSTON-Two restaurant groups have submitted bids to develop a harborside restaurant in the Long Wharf pavilion on Boston’s waterfront. Legal Sea Foods Inc., which operates six seafood restaurants in Boston and a total of 31 along the East Coast, and Eat Drink Laugh Restaurant Group, owner of five Boston eateries, have each bid on a 10-year lease for the 2,900-sf pavilion that is being offered by the Boston Redevelopment Authority.

The BHA first requested proposals for the site at the end of August, as reported by GlobeSt.com.
