Lumigent Technologies, which develops database software, has renewed its lease of 24,000 sf. The law firm of Graham & Harsip also renewed for 3,300 sf. Finally, GeoSyntec Consultants, an environmental-consulting firm, expanded to more than 12,000 sf by taking an additional 3,400 sf. Aidan Murray, leasing consultant with owner Everest Partners, declined to reveal the lease specifics but said all were long-term arrangements. All three tenants were self-represented.
The 76,000-sf building is about 85% leased to a number of IT and professional tenants.
