(ATLANTA) David M. Demarest and William L. Propst join the firm's Atlanta office as managing director and vice president, respectively. Demarest formerly was executive director of office transaction services for Cushman & Wakefield Inc. and Propst was an associate director for the same team.

(NEW YORK CITY) Peter C. Castro joins as director of mezzanine loan lending. He previously was with Societe Generale in New York City, where he was a vice president for origination and sales in the CMBS group. |
