The acquisition gave the new owner two vacant lots along with a 3,400-sf office building and a 1,600-sf warehouse facility at 51, 53 and 54 Mason St. and 11 Parker St., which will be used by Tantara as the headquarters for its remedial construction business, Kelleher says. The firm handles the restoration of sites contaminated by petroleum and other hazardous materials.

F.W. Madigan, which currently occupies the office property, will relocate to a 10,000-sf building at 267 Chandler St. in Worcester which it acquired last year for about $550,000.

Kelleher, along with Sheldon Katz, and James Umphrey, also with Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates, represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction.
