Game Maker Doubles in Size

FRAMINGHAM, MA-Tilted Mill Entertainment found a quick solution to its space needs when it signed a long term lease on 13,786 sf of office space at 50 Speen St. The lease more than doubled the company's size.

FRAMINGHAM, MA-Game-maker Tilted Mill Entertainment has inked a lease on 13,786 sf of office space at 50 Speen St. in Framingham in a deal that more than doubled the company’s size and gave the firm a location that offered good access to area highways and amenities.

Eric Foster, with Trammell Crow Co.’s Boston office, tells GlobeSt.com that the company moved from 6,300 sf at its previous location at 321 Commonwealth Rd. in Wayland into the building earlier this month, just four weeks after signing a long-term lease with landlord, the Bulfinch Cos.

“They needed more space and they needed to be into it quickly,” says Foster, noting that after early negotiations with Bulfinch, Tilted Mill officials felt comfortable with the landlord’s ability to satisfy their needs.
