At Palisades Associates, an acquisitions firm, Davis spent three years as a director implementing strategies for financial structuring, portfolio management, due diligence and lease transactions. In the past year, she was responsible for underwriting and structuring the purchase and sale of Southern California commercial properties valued in excess of $200 million.

At Cushman & Wakefield Davis was a member of the financial services investment team for three years. In her four years at Trammell Crow Co. she conducted the due diligence process for acquisition of commercial projects and was instrumental in the Century Plaza Towers redevelopment in Century City, one of the largest land acquisition of the decade in Los Angeles County.

Davis joins a Jones Lang LaSalle capital markets group led by managing directors David Doupé, Larry Krasner and Michel Seifer, along with VP Cheri Pierce. In her new role, Davis will be responsible for supporting all of the West Coast region's commercial investment sales activities.
