"He brings significant real estate industry experience, financial depth and continuity to IPC REIT." IPC also announced that David Dinniwell, formerly vice president of finance, has been appointed chief financial officer. IPC US REIT is the only Canadian real estate investment trust that invests exclusively in US real estate.
