The company, currently located in about 90,000 sf at two separate facilities in Easton and Brockton, will consolidate its operations under once roof with the 10 year lease, according to Tom Kent, with Trammel Crow Co.'s Boston office.
"This new location provides Specialty Catalog Corp. not only the convenience of having their entire operation under one roof but allows them a tremendous chance to expand as they grow their business," says Kent, who handled the negotiations for the tenant along with Sean Teague, also with TCC.
The company will take 45,777 sf of the two-story building for its offices and will move its warehouse into 81,746. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
Bruce Levine, Bob Gibson and Ed Jaroz, all with CBRE represented landlord ING Clarion in the transaction.
