Specialty Catalogue Consolidates Operations

WEST BRIDGEWATER, MA-The wig and hairpiece maker will consolidate its warehouse and operations under one roof with the 10-year lease of 127,523 sf.

WEST BRIDGEWATER, MA-Specialty Catalog Corp., a maker of wigs and hairpieces, will add nearly 30,000 sf to its headquarters when it moves into 127,523 sf of office and warehouse space at 400 Manley St. The company is projected to move by the middle of next year.

The company, currently located in about 90,000 sf at two separate facilities in Easton and Brockton, will consolidate its operations under once roof with the 10 year lease, according to Tom Kent, with Trammel Crow Co.’s Boston office.

“This new location provides Specialty Catalog Corp. not only the convenience of having their entire operation under one roof but allows them a tremendous chance to expand as they grow their business,” says Kent, who handled the negotiations for the tenant along with Sean Teague, also with TCC.
