Arrow, which supplies central vascular access catheterization products, is relocating and expanding from 2001 State Hill Rd. here to 53,047 sf at One Meridian. It is retaining its headquarters in Reading and will use the new space primarily as an archiving center, according to Taylor Young, vice president of Conshohocken-based Beacon Commercial Real Estate.

Young and Tony Hayden, also a Beacon vice president, exclusively represent the owner, Meridian Boulevard Investors LP, which is an affiliate of Philadelphia-based BPG Properties Ltd., the real estate management arm of Berwind Property Group Ltd. Young says the asking rent rate is $19.75 per sf, plus electric.

Distributed Systems Services Inc. has signed a lease for a 41,533-sf office and data center. The Reading-based technology firm will take occupancy in February. In April, UGI Energy Services will relocate from 110 Berkshire Blvd. in Reading to 18,062 sf.

Mia Moda Inc. has established its North American headquarters in 10,550 sf on the fourth floor. It designs, makes and markets products for infants. The four agreements take occupancy in One Meridian to 82%.
