BPG's One Meridian Lands $20M in Leases

WYOMISSING, PA-Four new tenants lease an aggregate of 123,192 sf in the 336,000-sf office building. The property is in the 636-acre, master-planned Spring Ridge center.

WYOMISSING, PA-Reading-based Arrow International heads a list of four new tenants that have leased a total of 123,192 sf at One Meridian, the four-story, 336,000-sf, class A office building within the 636-acre Spring Ridge center. The total aggregate value of the four agreements exceeds $20 million.

Arrow, which supplies central vascular access catheterization products, is relocating and expanding from 2001 State Hill Rd. here to 53,047 sf at One Meridian. It is retaining its headquarters in Reading and will use the new space primarily as an archiving center, according to Taylor Young, vice president of Conshohocken-based Beacon Commercial Real Estate.

Young and Tony Hayden, also a Beacon vice president, exclusively represent the owner, Meridian Boulevard Investors LP, which is an affiliate of Philadelphia-based BPG Properties Ltd., the real estate management arm of Berwind Property Group Ltd. Young says the asking rent rate is $19.75 per sf, plus electric.
