JP Plunkett, with Cushman & Wakefield's Boston office, tells GlobeSt.com that the firm selected the East Randolph Industrial Park site because it is located near the company's other facilities in Braintree and Holbrook. The firm will move into the building in January, leaving about 28,000 sf vacant in the 58,200-sf facility.

"It's a win-win deal for both the tenant and the landlord," Plunkett says. "It will prove to be a great warehouse for Braintree Labs and will allow them to grow their business."

Terms of the lease were not disclosed but Plunkett says warehouse space in the Randolph area generally leases in the $5-per-sf range.

The transaction was handled for both the tenant and the landlord, Atlantic Management, by Plunkett along with Cathy Minnerly and Jason Bryer, both with Cushman & Wakefield.
