Citrix was represented by Nicola Heryet and Stephen Bellwood with Colliers ABR and Jim Abrata with Colliers International. Building owner Vornado Realty Trust was represented in-house by Dan North.
11 Penn Plaza is located between 31 and 32 streets. According to information on Vornado's website, major tenants include Fidelity Brokerage Services, Europa Cafe, Fuse Network and City Perk.
In a statement, Heryet said, "This renewal and expansion allowed Citrix to consolidate two New York City offices as well as provided them with future growth options at 11 Penn Plaza."
