Aeroflex Expands to Total 121,247 SF

LONG ISLAND, NY-Aeroflex has taken an additional 21,247 sf at 45 South Service Rd., just next to its current 100,000-sf headquarters.

LONG ISLAND, NY-Aeroflex Inc., a technology company that focuses in the aerospace and defense markets, has leased an additional 21,247 sf in Plainview. The firm’s new lease, at 45 South Service Rd., will be located directly next door to its current headquarters at 35 South Service Rd. It leases 100,000 sf there.

Studley’s corporate managing director Erik Schmall represented Aeroflex in the deal. He tells GlobeSt.com that the firm is rapidly expanding due to the success of its business and several recent acquisitions of other companies.
