Goody's Family Clothing will occupy a total of 14,143 sf the 25th and 26th floors. Millenium Realty Group represented the clothing retailer. Olam Americas has leased 3,682 sf on the 36th floor. Byrnam Wood LLC's Nick Gilman represented the supplier of agricultural goods. WiseClick Media has leased 3,682 sf on the 35th floor. Studley's Evan Margolin represented the marketing company. And Indigo Moon takes 3,682 sf on the 31st floor. Winoker Realty's Barry Bernstein and David Danick represented the clothing manufacturer.

John Monaco represented the Moinian Group in-house for the transactions. The rental rates for the new leases were not released. But according to Moinian's listing of the property, the company was asking $55 per sf for the 31st, 35th and 36th floors, and $52 per sf for the 25th and 26th floor. In October, when the listing site was last updated, there was over 82,000 sf vacant in the 382,269-sf building.

Other building tenants include Disney, Neiman Marcus and Northrop Grumman.
