COLUMBUS, OH-Kellogg Co. has renewed its 505,040-sf lease at 2771-2781 Westbelt Dr. A long-time tenant in the building, the food company leases the entire facility for use as a distribution center, according to building owner HSA Commercial Real Estate.

Kellogg's was represented by Glen Allen, president of Newport Real Estate Services in Costa Mesa, CA. Chicago-based HSA was represented internally by Daniel Miranda, company president; and Kenneth Verne, general manager for 2771-2781 Westbelt Dr. Terms of the deal were not released, and HSA and Newport Real Estate Services officials could not be reached at press time.

HSA, which owns six buildings in the Columbus market, acquired 2771-2781 Westbelt Dr. as part of an 11-building industrial portfolio purchase in 2005. That 2.5 million-sf portfolio is fully leased and includes buildings in Ohio and Kentucky. HSA's Columbus properties, which range from 96,000 sf to 509,000 sf, also include 240,000 sf at 6700 Port Rd. in Groveport; and 509,000 sf at 2727 London-Groveport Rd. in Groveport.
