Kellogg Renews Lease at 505,040-SF Warehouse

COLUMBUS, OH- Building owner HSA Commercial Real Estate acquired the facility as part of an 11-building portfolio purchase in 2005.

COLUMBUS, OH-Kellogg Co. has renewed its 505,040-sf lease at 2771-2781 Westbelt Dr. A long-time tenant in the building, the food company leases the entire facility for use as a distribution center, according to building owner HSA Commercial Real Estate.

Kellogg’s was represented by Glen Allen, president of Newport Real Estate Services in Costa Mesa, CA. Chicago-based HSA was represented internally by Daniel Miranda, company president; and Kenneth Verne, general manager for 2771-2781 Westbelt Dr. Terms of the deal were not released, and HSA and Newport Real Estate Services officials could not be reached at press time.
