Participating principals declined to disclose the value of the lease. However, area brokers familiar with the airport industrial submarket tell GlobeSt.com the lease was probably in the $5-per-sf range. That would place the estimated aggregate value of the transaction at $18 million.
Jeff Thornton of Duke Realty represented his firm. Equis Corp. negotiated for the tenant. Corporate tenants at the eight-year-old park include Amazon.com, Lithonia Lighting and Aviall Inc.
