"As we entered the Atlanta market recently, we knew it was essential to have a proven, top professional to head our regional operations and oversee our planned development activities," says Tishman Speyer president and CEO Jerry Speyer. "Jim Meyer perfectly fits that description and we are pleased to have him on our team."

Meyer has 26 years experience in the real estate industry and has been responsible for the development of some of Atlanta's largest projects, including One Atlantic Center, the Atlanta Federal Center, One Alliance Center and the Wachovia Building at Atlantic Station. Most recently, he was president and founder of Atlantic Capital Properties, a development company active in Atlanta and Washington, DC. Before beginning that company, he served as senior vice president and managing director of Prentiss Properties Trust.

He currently serves or has served recently on the boards of the Midtown Alliance, the Atlanta Dowtown Partnership and the Northside Youth Organizations and is past member of the Rhodes Hall Board of Governors for the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation.
