The lease will allow the union to expand from its current 15,000 sf into two floors in the 125,000-sf, class A office building, she says.

Terms of the lease were not disclosed but DonFrancesco says that similar class A office space in the area generally leases in the high $20s to mid $30 per sf.

DonFrancesco, along with John LaCroix, also with Saint James Real Estate Advisors, represented the tenant in the transaction. The landlord, Corcoran Jennison, was represented by Thomas Ashe and Michael Joyce, both with Richards Barry Joyce & Partners.
