The 39-story One United Nations Plaza and the 40-story Two United Nations total 700,000 sf of office space and include the Millennium UN Plaza Hotel New York. The 15-story Three United Nations Plaza is an office and residential building that houses the United Nations Children's Fund and Unicef. It also serves as a residence for UN staff.

JLL's team, which will manage the office, residential and hotel space, includes managing director Kenneth Siegel, senior vice president Lance Ruiz Carlile, vice president and regional controller Ralph Pena and vice president and group manager Nick Hayden. In addition to caring for the everyday tasks, the group will oversee security systems and elevator upgrades among other property improvements.

"The Jones Lang LaSalle team has worked with the United Nations Development Corp. in the past," says Carlile, in a statement. "As a result, we are familiar with the tenancies at the three-building complex. In addition to our depth of experience in managing class A office properties, we will be able to offer the UNDC our portfolio-wide cost-reduction programs that will allow the organization to reduce significantly its operating expenses."
