"PPR is a quality tenant to add to the roster," says Jason Cameron, with Jones Lang LaSalle's Boston office, in a statement. "The showcase space perfectly fits their corporate culture." Cameron negotiated the transaction on behalf of landlord 260 Franklin Inc.
Terms of the lease were not disclosed. Property & Portfolio Research was previously located at 40 Court St. in Boston.
The building's tenant roster includes DG Capital Management, the CFA Institute and a number of legal firms. It recently underwent extensive improvements to the main lobby and creation of a new common lobby on the third floor.
Bill Collins and Peter Bekarian, also with Jones Lang LaSalle's Boston office, negotiated the lease for the tenant.
