NORTH CONWAY, NH- A pair of New Hampshire investors have acquired a 95,723-sf furniture manufacturing and warehouse building that was formerly used by Yield House Inc. in a sale that gives the new owners both rental income and space for their machine shop business.

Carl and Cynthia Thibodeau purchased the metal and steel building, which includes 36,579 sf of office space, for an undisclosed price two years after the property was put up for sale by Yield House following that firm's acquisition by Renovators Supply, Timothy O'Callaghan, with Binswanger's Boston office, tells GlobeSt.com.

O'Callaghan says the 71 Hobbs St. property is currently leased to the New Hampshire Department of Social Services, which occupies about 12,000 sf in the three story building under a five year lease. Formerly used by Yield House for its furniture manufacturing business, the property was put on the market about two years ago and was under agreement but that deal fell through, O'Callaghan says.

O'Callaghan represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction.
