695 Atlantic Ave. Fills With Latest Lease

BOSTON-HDR Engineering Inc. fills the last remaining space at 695 Atlantic Ave. with a five-year lease on 16,114 sf.

BOSTON-HDR Engineering Inc. will move its offices into 16,114 sf at 695 Atlantic Ave. under a five-year lease arrangement. The move will increase the company’s size by more than 50% and give it a full floor in a fully-occupied, 11-story building.

Jim Adams, with the Codman Cos., tells GlobeSt.com that the firm, one of the largest architectural, engineering and consulting firms in the nation, will relocate from about 10,000 sf at 7 Winthrop Sq. in Downtown Crossing to the second floor in the 173,000-sf building on Feb. 1.
