The resort, which has been constructed in phases over the past several years, is located on a 12-acre parcel on the northern tip of Fort Myers Beach 20 miles north of Naples. It features a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units and cottages. After the Capita Villas portion of the project is completed by the end of the year, the resort will have 215 units.
CBRE Hotels senior vice president Robert Taylor and CBRE Multi-Housing Group executive vice president Robert Given served as the exclusive advisors to the sellers.
